Team Involvement -

The Listing Manager, together with Karin will stay in constant contact with you. We will call all agents who have shown your property for feedback and will report to you on a weekly basis. Weekly correspondence together with written reports will keep you inform on the marketing process.

The Listing Manager will make sure you have brochures available for the buyers viewing your home (please call us Monday through Friday 9-5 if you are running low on brochures).

Second-Level Marketing Checks and Reviews -

Review the marketing process, market position and any marketing challenges with the sellers on a regular basis. Constantly changing market conditions, inventory, and interest rates may require a price adjustment or a change in the marketing approach to get your home sold.

She'll remind the seller of what things need to be taken care of.
